White paper for hotels: how to attract the traveler through mobile marketing

HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) has published a white paper that explains how mobile devices offer hotels optimal opportunities to interact with customers, whether actual or potential, not only at the time of booking, but during all stages of the trip.

’Engaging the traveler in real time: ancillary revenue, upselling and the mobile platform’ is the title of the document, which provides further good practices for those companies that still have not entered into the mobile marketing or want to benefit more from their upselling strategies, as they are running on the blog of TSI-tourism Sant Ignasi.
