Tourism ranks among the sectors that will lead to the creation of employment
The creation of employment in the coming years will be led by technological sectors and of r & d, the tourism and leisure, health and welfare and the energy sector, according to a report on the future of work in Spain, prepared by Adecco in collaboration with Opinno.
The study points out that these sectors will lead to new business projects and new professional figures, as qualified profiles linked to technology and to the digital realm, the profiles linked to the deal with people and specialized in marketing and sales.
Although the Automation will destroy certain types of current jobs, as it recognizes 65% of human resource professionals, are convinced that others different, extending the range will be created, in equal measure, of possibilities for the workers of the future.
On the other hand, the study of Adecco advances collaboration distance will be the trend with greater impact, since the technological transformation will facilitate the relocation of work and will allow to create collaborative learning opportunities.
Also surveyed experts believe that one of the challenges of the coming years is to balance personal and professional life that technology allows, in addition to the generational adaptation to new developments.
One of the conclusions of the work suggests that you between 2013 and 2025 will grow the search for commercial and service profiles to deal with 27% of the total demand for employment in Spain, compared with 16% of average in the European Union.
The report says that in recent years has been how there are companies which have ceased to fill positions and have started to hire talent, although there is no concrete job. “It is that candidate who is willing to seek or create their own position within the company,” explains.
