The world tourism summit will gather 1000 experts in madrid
“The World Summit’s 2015 in Madrid promises to be an exceptional event, a global leaders meeting in the industry like no other, where we will discuss issues that matter to us all in the industry”. After eight years of absence in Europe, the annual meeting of the WTTC returns to the old continent. The last meeting took place in Lisbon, in 2007, and the most recent editions have been held in Las Vegas, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi and Hainan (China). Ex-President of the European Commission, JosÃ© Manuel DurÃ£o Barroso, will be one of the speakers highlighted the meeting. He will deliver a speech about the past, present, and Europe’s economic future, as well as the situation in which the sector is facing as the continent enters a new political scenario. The President of Banco Santander, will also deliver a lecture Ana BotÃn.
