Eurozone consumer confidence reached pre crisis levels
Consumer confidence improved “markedly” in the eurozone in February allowing him to register his best data since September 2007, according to the advance indicator released yesterday by the European Commission.
The indicator corresponding to the countries of the single currency increased to – 6.7 points in February compared with the integers – 8.5 registered the previous month.
This is the best since September 2007, when consumer confidence stood at – 6.2 points.
Of the EU consumer confidence indicator also has risen “significantly” in February, since it has been since January – 5.8 points to – 4.4 points, their best data since last June.
