The intercontinental air traffic soared last year in the airport catalan reaching record of 4.7 million passengers ( 18.5%). Looking to this year’s summer season, seats offer has increased by 5% with respect to the previous season, almost two million more of the seats offered in total. This increase corresponds to Vueling, with 1.8 million of seats offered more ( 13%) and Ryanair, with 450,000 seats offered more ( 9%).
